How do I access the courses?

The courses are currently available to all approved Utmost carers.

If you haven’t yet registered as a Utmost carer you’ll need to do this to be able to access the training courses. To start this process please download the Utmost Care App. Once our carer team has approved your profile, you’ll then be emailed an invite to set up your free Qintil account, and you can then access the training.

If you’re already an approved Utmost carer, then you should have already been emailed an invite to set up your free Qintil account, so do check your inbox and spam folders. If you can’t locate your invite then please contact us and we can send you another one.

The courses are all online and can be viewed from a smart phone, tablet or a computer on the Qintil training portal.
